The fifth “Rimi”store in Lithuania this year and the first in the history of Baltisches Haus was opened on 12 December in Panevėžys (Ragaudžių g. 2).
“This project marks the beginning of our cooperation with the retail chain “Rimi”. We would like to thank for the trust and are delighted to be able to contribute to the implementation of “Rimi” target to double the number of stores in Lithuania up to 100 by 2023,” Baltisches Haus, UAB Director Audrius Masionis tells.
“The entire team was particularly focused for this first project developed together with highly experienced real estate developer. Our goal was to integrate all innovations in this object that are implemented in “super” format stores and reveal its advantages to our partners and, of course, to our buyers,” the Head of Rimi Lietuva Supermarket Management Irina Miklienė tells.
In addition to “Rimi”, pharmacy “Gintarinė vaistinė”, beer store “Vilniaus alus”, café and flower shop were opened in the new shopping centre.
A car parking lot with 85 spaces was installed next to the shopping centre, which occupies the area of over 1,600 sq. m., including two spaces for electric cars also offering charging possibility.
