This year, commercial RE development and management company Baltisches Haus plans to invest 15-18 M euro in new and ongoing projects.
“As last year, this year we plan to allocate the most significant portion of investments in business and leisure complex “Bokšto skveras” developed in the Old Town of Vilnius. This complex will soon have its first tenant – restaurant “Gastronomika” headed by Liutauras Čeprackas. In addition, the complex will offer offices, space for events and a day SPA,” Baltisches Haus Director Audrius Masionis tells.
In September 2019, Baltisches Haus completed the first stage of construction of “Bokšto skveras” and opened Car Maintenance, Parts, Repair and Tire Centre in Panevėžys. In December, the company invited Panevėžys residents to a new shopping centre where store “Rimi” and other tenants started their business. This is the first project marking the beginning of cooperation between Baltisches Haus and the retail chain.
In 2019, Baltisches Haus investments in commercial RE projects amounted to 16.5 M euro.
