Baltisches Haus opens a new shopping centre in Kėdainiai

A new Baltisches Haus shopping centre has been opened in Kėdainiai, Rasos g. 1. The centre with more than 1,600 sq. m. area houses the Iki groceries, Camelia pharmacy and a flower shop. This is the fourth Baltisches Haus commercial object in the city.

The investment in construction and infrastructure works amounts to almost EUR 2 million, with another almost EUR 650 thousand invested by the main tenant of the building, Iki, in the installation of its store.

An 80-space car park with electric car charging is located next to the shopping centre.

The contractor of the project is UAB Baltijos pašvaistė, the designer is UAB GA projektai, and the technical supervision was performed by UAB Pastatų diagnostika ir statyba.
