Antakalnis Medical and Wellness Centre is the first Baltisches Haus project to provide modern medical services. The current Medical and Wellness Centre building is a combination of two older buildings that have been out of use for some time: one was built before 1940 and the other in 1983. When reconstructing the buildings, we took care to preserve the architectural authenticity: the authentic decor of the facades of Antakalnis Street, the glazed tile details that make the building unique, and the rhythm and proportions of the street and courtyard windows.
