Baltisches Haus has struck a deal with the Danish leader in public Cloud CLOUDEON – part of Devoteam on the rental of an office in the business and leisure complex Bokšto Skveras. The companies have signed an agreement regarding the rental of 440 sq m of office space.

The more than 50 employees of CLOUDEON – part of Devoteam are expected to move into the new office this coming autumn. Until now, the company has been located in the Park Town business center.

‘The global pandemic taught us new ways of working, which we have prioritized incorporating into our daily lives. One of them is hybrid work. The spaces of Bokštas Skveras perfectly suit our way of working and serve as a great place for work, leisure, and community building internally,’ Darius Janulevičius, manager of the company’s Lithuanian branch, assures us.

Following the deal with CLOUDEON – part of Devoteam, Baltisches Haus has rented out almost the entire 3000 sq m office space available at Bokšto Skveras.

‘Already back in 2014, having freshly started the conversion of the former hospital’s buildings, we knew we would not be renting out the offices and other spaces just based on the drawings. Our plan was to properly set up the spaces that belong to a heritage site and require non-standard solutions and only then introduce ourselves to the market. That was a risky solution, but we believe it paid off. We are glad to see that our efforts have been appreciated by innovative IT companies, which have decided to have their offices here,’ Audrius Masionis, the head of Baltisches Haus, shares.

Other residents of the complex include a branch of the mobile games development company Glera Games and PVcase, a developer of digital solar park design tools. In addition to its tenants, the employees of Baltisches Haus and the administration of Bokšto SPA have now moved in as well.

The remaining part of the complex, which occupies an equal space of about 3,000 sq m, features the Gastronomika restaurant, which has been operating since last year. While the new tenants are moving in, the installation works of the day SPA and the event space are nearing completion. The complex also contains private rented apartments.
