PVcase to be based in the business and leisure complex Tower Square

PVcase technology company, which develops the most advanced digital solar park design tools, has entered into an agreement with the commercial real estate (RE) company Baltisches Haus to rent an office in the capital’s old town, in the business and leisure complex “Bokšto skveras” (“Tower Square”). The company signed a lease contract for an area of 730 sq m.

It is expected that more than 40 employees of PVcase will move into the Tower Square already this summer. This will be the first office of the company in the capital, which until now was based only in Kaunas.

“We chose the Tower Square because of the historical spaces perfectly adapted for the business needs. The harmony of the past and the present will create an exclusive and innovative office design in which employees feel comfortable every day.

For us, it is a beautiful allusion to who we are: PVcase is an IT startup that combines the traditional solar sector with innovation,” said Deividas Trainavičius, CEO of PVcase.

PVcase is the second office tenant in the complex. A total of 1,400 of 3,000 square meters of office space has already been leased. Baltisches Haus, the developer of the complex will also occupy an office of 700 sq m right next to its tenants in the Tower Square.

“It is gratifying that the company, which is considered to be one of the most promising start-ups in its sector in the world and claims to one day become a Lithuanian-born unicorn, will be located in the Tower Square and in our neighbourhood,” added Audrius Masionis, CEO of Baltisches Haus.

A total of 6,000 sq m of premises will be made available in the Tower Square situated on a 0.75 ha plot of land, half of which will be dedicated to the office space. The remaining part will be dedicated to Gastronomika restaurant, Bokšto SPA day spa centre, apartments and event space.
